The Billboard Music Awards was held at the T-Mobile arena in Las Vegas on Sunday night. Many celebrities were in attendance and Miley Cyrus rendered a tearful performance of her newest track Malibu while Celiné Dion brought the house down with a powerful and emotional performance of My Heart Will Go On.

Celine Dion looked absolutely stunning in an incredible white gown with wing-like shoulders as she marked the 20th anniversary of the release of Titanic.
