Hello and welcome again to my column. Last week, I received lots of emails after publishing the Onion juice recipe for hair growth. It was truly overwhelming and I appreciate you all for your emails.

Today’s topic is an extension of last week’s post. Click here to read it. I will give you list of oils you can use to make your hair longer and healthier .

Like I said earlier, applying these oils on your hair doesn’t translate to overnight hair growth, but they will facilitate quicker hair growth.

OILS FOR HAIR GROWTH 

1. Amla Oil

The tree that produces Amla Oil grows in India. Amla Oil is a rich source of antioxidants and nutrients such as iron, vitamin A, C, fiber, potassium, magnesium, and calcium and it stimulates hair growth.

2. Peppermint oil

Peppermint is a hybrid species of spearmint and water mint  which are gathered by steam distillation of the fresh aerial parts of the flowering plant. Peppermint is one of the oldest European herbs used for many purpose. It is used on the hair to make it grow faster. You can find other uses of peppermint oil here

3. Jamaican black castor oil

Jamaican Black Castor Oil (JBCO) has been used for many centuries for different topical reasons, like stimulating hair growth, repairing damaged skin etc. It contains Vitamin E and Omega 6 fatty acids.

4. Jojoba oil

This oil is extracted from Jojoba plant found in California and parts od Mexico. It moisturizes and grows the hair longer.
