We cannot talk about skin care without talking about serums. Good serums will help delay ageing process, give you an un-missable glow and aid your overall skin care routine. There are several factors to consider before you purchase a facial serum and I categorized them under these 3 types of serums:
●Age-defying serum. This type of serums help to reduce fine lines and wrinkles. It hydrates and renews the skin and it is suitable for women from 40 years and above. I will recommend Olay Anti-Wrinkle Day cream+ Serum and you can get it here.
●Glow-enhancing serum. This type of serum can be used to boost the skin complexion and add glow to dull skin. Most makeup artistes use it on their clients and the result is always amazing with a dewy look. OBAGI face serum is my first choice because it is enriched with vitamin C and suitable for all skin types. Buy one here
●Moisture-boosting serum. This is the type of serum that nourishes the skin and locks in moisture at optimal level. It hydrates the skin and protects it from radical damage. I will recommend this!

Serums are very good to the skin but when shopping for a serum, always look be on the look out for the following:
1. If the serum will be effective and kind to the skin. You will know a good one by reading reviews first before splurging on one.
2. If it can be easily absorbed by the skin. By this, I mean that you should always be on the look out for lightweight serums.
3. Affordability.
4. Read the labels. Studies have shown that serums with hyaluronic acid is capable of reducing wrinkles.
5. Moisturizing properties.
2 BEST AND CHEAP FACIAL SERUMS THAT WILL GIVE YOU BETTER SKIN QUICKLY
1. ACURE SERIOUSLY GLOWING FACIAL SERUM

Now, for those of us who desire to be young forever, this is the serum you can use to achieve it. Acure facial serum contains firming ingredients like (Borage seed oil which contains omega 6 fatty acid). It is very lightweight and doesn’t feel oily and gives the face a wonderful glow. Apply this serum twice daily for best result on your face and neck.
2. ARGAN OIL NIGHT REPAIR SERUM

Argan Oil night repair serum is one of the cheapest serum in the market, it is a bargain-buy. This product leaves the face moisturized and adds glow to the skin.
When I used this product, I noticed that it helped with my under eye dark circles (the days I don’t get enough sleep). In fact it is the cheaper version of pricey products like Clinique, Murad, etc.
I really love this serum because it doesn’t feel greasy and my skin felt hydrated afterwards.
Moreover, I wrote an in-depth review of this serum here and it has been my most searched post since I started my blog.
Note: before you use any serum, always ascertain your skin type because there are serums for different skin types.
