THE 5 MINUTES SKINCARE ROUTINE THAT ACTUALLY WORKS

Last week, we talked about WAYS TO GET RID OF DARK SPOTS ON YOUR FACE and the stats were overwhelming and encouraging. So thank you very much for reading that post. If, on the other hand, you haven’t subscribed to my newsletter, why in the world? 😁 You really have nothing to lose and everything to gain, so hit the subscribe button to be notified, whenever I put out new, informative posts.

That being said, let’s talk about the 5 minutes skincare routine that actually works. I am an advocate of simple skincare regime, because when used correctly, it actually works and saves time. In my book, THE SKINCARE ROUTINE MANUAL, I simplified the skincare routine for all skin types, factoring in, the suitable ingredients for specific skin types like oily skin, sensitive skin, dry skin, etc. This book is a must-have if you want to achieve a radiant and flawless skin in 28 Days!

THE 5 MINUTES SKINCARE ROUTINE

  1. Cleanse. Cleansing your skin should always be at the forefront of your routine, because you most definitely want to work with a clean ‘canvas’. While washing your face, use a circular motion which takes less than 120 seconds.
  2. Hydrate. There are many products we can use to hydrate our skin for example hyaluronic acid, essence, ampoules etc. Apply a generous amount to your face. This only takes 60 Seconds!
  3. Moisturize. We all need to lock in that moisture, once we are done hydrating our skin. Finding the suitable moisturizer for our skin type and skin needs is very necessary. When in doubt, use Cerave moisturizer. This takes 60 seconds!
  4. Sunscreen. Never leave the house without applying a sunscreen, if you want to age gracefully. Sunscreen should be applied one minute after you’ve applied your moisturizer.

These methods can be used, when you are in hurry but shouldn’t be the norm. You need to take your time when practicing your skincare routine, to get not just the physical value, but also the psychological benefits from it.
